New pressure washer seized up

I bought a Troy Built 3100 XP Series pressure washer with a Honda GCV190 motor.

I brought it home and used it for about thirty minutes. At the thirty minute mark, while still pressure washing, the thing shut off. I went to restart it ,and cant pull the cord. It is totally locked up.

I tried relieving pressure from wand, still wont budge. I pulled the spark plug, no gas or oil in there, and still wont pull.

Carburetor seems to be functioning properly. It has plenty of oil. New 100% gas. Im out of ideas. Anything I could be missing?

I would call Honda since it's under warranty. Don't want to risk the warranty tinkering on it.

I would suggest taking it to a shop that handles both Honda and Troybilt warranty if such a place exists in your area. It could be either an engine or pump issue, the tech needs to separate them to isolate the problem. Probably the easiest thing to do would return to where you purchased it.
