Snapper Zero Turn

I have a Snapper zero turn model NZMJ25611KH with joy stick steering. The idler pulley is rubbing against the engine pulley. I have replaced the drive belt but it still rubs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

    Thanks Mikel1,
Yes, new idler arm and pulley and belt route correct. What I have done is installed a slightly smaller belt and everything is working great. Thank you for your suggestions.
