kawasaki fb460v won't start

HELP! I have a walk behind  and I can't start it.Its a . This is what I have done: New fuel, new fuel hoses, new fuel filter, new carburator, new spark plug, checked for spark its good, removed the fly wheel to check if the timing move, its good and the shear wedge is good, removed the head to check if the valves were stuck and they are ok. i tried putting a little gas in the cylinder and nothing. It was running a couple of days ago. I just ran out of options I don't know what to do next?

Try to start normally then take out spark plug. Is fuel on it? Any idea of what compression is?

I don't have a gauge but pulling the cord feels the same as before nice and hard. The spark plug was never flooded with fuel.

If spark plug isn't fouling out then are you getting any pops/backfires? I'm guessing the valves were working properly while rotating engine?

First turn engine off take out plug put you finger over the plug hole now pull slowly to check for compression so it's good next
The problem sound like the spark if there any cowling that could possibly cause a short remove it
Story I bought a old 30 years or older Dayton generator it ran great but it had points So I put in an electronic coil one pull every time and it would start so I put back all the sheet metal (cowling) quess what it wouldn't run the spark plug wire plug was about 3/16" longer just enough to keep it from running so I took off the spark plug cowling and everything is OK

Thanks for the help. I gave up and brought the mower to a professional repair shop. I think your on to something to do with the spark. I think it may be internal spark under compression?

It turned out to be bad compression and led to a bad valve seat.
