Trying to find info on Craftsman 2.0 10" chainsaw

Hi, new here and hoping to get some help.
I just acquired a Craftsman 2.0 (33cc) 10" , model 358.598010
chainsaw that needs a little work. I've been looking all over online
for info, but can't find anything pertaining to this particular model.
Was hoping someone here might be able to help, or point me in the
right direction to finding a manual.
Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

The link to Sears parts is  All you have to do is put in the Model Number. They have downloadable Manuals, Parts Diagrams and Repair Help Guides.  The model number you posted, 358.598010 is for a Craftsman Electric Line Trimmers/Weedwackers, you might want to double check the Model Number.
    Hope this helps you out.

    Thanks Woody for replying,

I already found that site and got the same result as you, but it is changing one of the numbers to get the trimmer link.
I've checked the model number many times too, thinking I did get it wrong. Having no luck.

If you go to the Sears Parts Direct website, they do have a phone number, 1-800-491-3457. They also have a chat feature, maybe they can help you.

If it's an older Sears manufactured by McCullough your out of luck as they are out of business.

I have the same saw.  My dad gave me it and he bought it new in 1978.  It still runs good but parts are all discontinued.  I also have a Homelite super xl 925 from 1977 that runs great.  It needed a carb rebuild kit when my dad's buddy gave it to me.

Thread over two years old so I don't normally reply to these. With that out the way the Craftsman initially post is either Beaird - Poulan or just a Poulan depending manufacture year. Yes many of the parts are no longer available but they still a lot times, just someone that is familiar the saws.
