Old Briggs and Stratton / Dynamark Tiller

Here we go.  If I put a ? at the end of a term, I may have the name wrong.

Briggs and Stratton Engine:

 Dynamark

There are 2 v-belts? One I measured, by placing a tape ruler on the ground and rolling the belt until I got it close
One belt was 38 1/2 inches and the other is about 40 inches.  One drives the tiller forward and the other reverse.  It is a V-belt, as someone told me, because it has a V like cross- shape and not a flat one.  The reverse belt had a bad habit of falling off when not in use so it may have been a loose replacement.
