Echo GT251E problem

Hello, Friends !
I have this Echo trimmer that starts easy, runs great for awhile, and then starts slowing down.
I can almost get both front and back lawns trimmed before it starts slowing down..
Squeezing the throttle does not make it speed up..
It then quits and wont start until its cooled down..
I have changed the fuel mix, (89 Octane), fuel filter, air filter, spark plug..
Is this a coil problem ?
Thanks for your help !

Check for spark when it quits with another spark plug or spark tester.
