Kohler motor....what are you?

Kohler motor....what are you?

I have a pulling tractor that i pulled with last year.....strong motor....seems to strong for i was told its a 18hp there is no shroud on tje front amd the only numbers i have is 24 499 05 with C57a 1....just trying to find out what the motor exactly is.....thanks for your help.

    Closure/Oil pan from the Command Pro V-twin series. If it is 18 HP then it would be a CH18, CV18, or CV624. Even if we get the correct one we still need to narrow the production date as there are different revisions involved. Not all of the parts are interchangeable.
