Replacing a Alternator with different voltage

I have a John Deer Snowblower model number 1330SE with a blown motor model of motor is 21M314-0118-E1 which has a 9AMP alternator ,a friend of mine has a motor model # 20M314-2477-f2 which is just a little less horse power I can deal with has the  same crankshaft size  but has a only a 6o watt AC only alternator was wondering if I could swap the alternator out of the blown motor and transfer it to the new motor please if any one has any info on this that would be a huge help

Thank you
Robert

No problem at all, use the original flywheel with it. Oh, and welcome to the forum.

Perfect so there will be no problem just use the same flywheel of the blown motor and the 9 AMP alternator are the flywheel shafts the same on these 2 motors is that pretty standard? these alternators bolt up the same to the engine correct ? sorry so many questions I just don't want to pay for the motor if it will not work are the mount holes  the same Also? please let me know thank you

Other than swapping the alternator it will be a direct bolt on.
