Frozen Unloader Valve

Hey there everyone.  I'm here because of an issue with a 15 year old Troy Bilt (Briggs and Stratton) that stalls when squeezing the trigger. I believe, after all my research and who knows how many YouTube videos, that my issue is the unloader valve needs lubricated.
I pulled the pin holding it in but it will not come out. I've soaked it with penetrant and then pulled, pried, gave its housing a few taps with a hammer and mallet and nothing.
I can't see anything else holding it in. The only thing I havent tried yet is a set of gear pullers or securing the washer to a wall and then wrapping the valve with some rope and attaching the other end of said rope to my bumper...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I know this should be a simple fix and dont want to get raped by a repair shop. (no offense to any repair shop owners/workers here  lol)
Thans again.
