Wont start

I have a Craftsman 2700 series rider.Ran great.Put it in reverse shut off on me.Cant get started.Gas is good.good fire.Im thinking its a sensor not letting it start.Checked the fuse its good.Think its either the switch or one of thesensors went bad.Seat, blade,or the clutch.don't know what to do.Its a new mower

It does sound like a safety switch problem. It's new, can you take it to a service center for a warranty repair?
