troybuilt Pressure washers Runs 3 minutes dies, 15 mins will restart runs 3 mins dies.

I have a Troy-Bilt 2800-PSI 2.3-GPM Carb Compliant Cold Water Gas Pressure. about 2 years old. I have used it very little about 6 hours total.  Will start right up no problems, engage the wand , runs about 3 mins then dies, if you wait about 10 to 15 minutes it will start right back up runs 3 mins and dies.  I have replaced spark plug. I have cleaned air filter, I have empty gas tank and cleaned it out, No trash was in it. I have rebuilt the Carburetor, ( replaced needle value and seat, cleaned all port holes.) Cleaned holes in the screw that holds carb, bowl on. Nothing no effect. Still starts right up runs 3 mins . Has anyone has similar problem are have any ideal what to do.  Also I notice it does not seem to have full power anymore, Dont know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Does it have spark after it dies?
Use another known good spark plug or spark tester.

Yes it has spark after it dies. It will start, it just will not stay started (cuts right off with in seconds) until it sets for about 15 min.

If you spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid into carb will it try to run longer? You could also use fuel.
What are the engine model #'s?

it sounds like the ignition coil is bad. try replacing that.

sound to me like you still have a fuel delivery issue , slow flow from the tank ? fuel filter ? kink in line ? obstruction ?

I agree that the problem most likely has to do with the fuel, although my thoughts are more with the TYPE of fuel.
Many years ago I had the same exact problem with two different pieces of equipment - a 16cc McCullough 2-cycle chain saw, and a 8hp 4-cycle Troy-Bilt chipper shredder. Back then we were to "NEVER NEVER NEVER EVERRR USE 'GASOHOL' IN AN AIR-COOLED ENGINE!!!" as per the then head mechanical engineer at Troy-Bilt. I was. The alcohol blended fuels burned WAY TOO HOT for the air cooled engines.
Today's engines are designed differently as it's now dang-near impossible to find gasoline WITHOUT alcohol. So then I'd look at the type of alcohol (methanol or ethanol?). How much is in the mix (10%? More?)? The octane rating?
THEN ... along with DapperDan's suggestions: is the vented gas cap plugged? Carb adjustments correct? Double check the needle valve & ports AGAIN ... maybe there's still MORE GUNK in the lines.
As for the loss of power, could be not enough water supply - using 1/2"ID hose? 3/4"ID could be better. Length of supply run?
