Craftsman model #917-388841 B&S 4.5 engine recoil start

I went to mow my lawn and yard today and when I pulled the cord, the engine started but the cord didn't recoil.I took it apart and found that the spring had broke.I looked and got confused for the new part. I think I might have found it here.

The engine model as far as I can tell is "10l902-0488-e1". The pulley itself doesn't have a part # on it.Does anyone know if this is the right replacement for it?
