IF my info is correct about the LT1050 it has a 23hp Kohler Command engine but normally we need the Make, model, and spec numbers of the engine for engine info lookup. Also reference to we normally need the 11 alpha-numeric model number located on the serial number tag.

Adjust the idle mixture of these v twin Commands you need a tach as you to set the idle speed at 1200 rpm while holding the throttle plate against the idle stop screw. With the engine at 1200 rpm and the throttle plate held against then you should be able the idle mixture. Once the mixture is set to best speed and you reset the idle to 1200 rpm if it changed.

The reason you must hold the throttle against the stop is that these engine uses a governed idle setup and the governor can interfere with the adjustment.
