Zama carburetor

Hi,I have one of these and was looking for a replacement carburetor it is hard to start but runs well when started. It has a Zama 13 carb.I looked up ebay to find a replacement but can't seem to get the exact one.Its on a Ryobi  PBV-30.There is another number on the carb 131H.There are very small bubbles in the primer bulb.Any advice would be great

Welcome for coming over from the Lawnmower forum. What I need for you to do is to take pictures of the six sides and post them so I can see the numbers and letters on the carburetor.

Currently with the info it is not available through Ryobi nor Homelite anymore and I have seen this carburetor in my shop but I just don't remember what model it is. The Zama 13 reference doesn't ring any bells here and the 131H looks to be a manufacture date code.

I do know the software is a different as it is different forum software but I use Imgur without a problem using the insert image button. I haven't tried Flickr.

How are you trying load the image via url. Most URL's are automatically formatted upon entry as clickable links and images are normally inserted using the insert image button.

Okay you need very carefully at the area circled below to see if you can make out the model number. Looks very faded to me.

I think I found out which carburetor you have in front you. Appears to be the C1U-H61A the was used on the Homelite/ Ryobi leaf blowers.

Thats it thank you very much to taking the time to hunt this down.As I said there are tiny bubbles coming in the primer bulb and a certain amount of fuel getting into the air filter.I'm hoping a rebuild kit will sort it out.

Primer are meant to remove air from the carburetor, Some air will naturally be in the priming as the main nozzle is a check valve. Also there is small amount of air passing the two mixture screws while priming. As the fuel overflow that is probably a stiffen metering diaphragm or leaky metering needle valve. Full kits (RB-###) will include a new metering needle valve.
