Hustler Sport w/ Briggs & Stratton 21 HP

When trying to start it turns over for 1 second,  nothing after....
Take out spark plug and spins like new.

Most likely it is one of two problems caused by an inactive ACR or bad electrical connection.
 
  1. Valves out adjustment (very common)
  2. Broken ACR on camshaft ( common if valves are adjusted properly) On this engine Briggs uses the 793880 which is prone for the ACR to break.
  3. Bad electrical connections ( not as common but do happen)
