Echo pb-250LN WILL NOT START

I have a echo blower that will not start and am now clueless. It has a new carburetor, plug, fuel lines, and air filter. The blower will not even pop. Has a good blue spark. Has 120 psi compression. Also the flywheel key is still intact. I’m lost at what to do next. Any help is appreciated.

The old saying is Intake Ignition Power and exaust. I did not see you verify the ignition (spark).

Oh you did say spark. Remove the muffler to see if it is plugged. Echo's have a lot of problems if the breather is clogged. Hmm try loosening the gas cap to see if it will start.
