Tecumseh 7 hp spitting oil out of the breather line

The Tecumseh 7 hp on my Horse has started spitting oil out the breather tube. Does this sound like a just a dirty breather or something more serious?

It sounds like a worn out engine. Blowby is pressurizing the crankcase and pushing oil out.

Thanks Roy, you just confirmed my worst fear! ;) Well, I guess its time to tear apart a small engine for the first time in 45 years!
