Husqvarna 435 runs super hi after carb rebuild
I rebuilt the carburetor on my Husqvarna 435 and now it starts fine -- more than fine! It's running like it's at NASCAR! I checked the fuel lines for an obvious vacuum leak, but didn't see any fuel leaking. I tried adjusting the idle, but nothing happens when I turn the screw. What did I mess up in the carburetor? This carburetor is not the easiest to remove - not like an Echo, so I'm thinking I didn't reassemble it correctly.
I did replace the clutch and drum on my Husq 55 and this fixed the issue as I thought it should. Just goes to show the local repair shop is no match for a forum! It's pretty frustrating to have a repairman insist that I just have the wrong chain as if I'm not smart enough to put the proper chain on the saw. Thanks for all the help on that.
