Yes, it is a Walbro HDA-44-1 carburetor. The carburetor itself is no longer available but repair parts are.

Can't speak for all kits or parts for Walbro carbs but over on a chain saw forum I'm on most people prefer genuine Walbro parts and kits. One problem many have had with aftermarket/imported kits is the rivet holding the metering diaphragm parts together can be too high where it touches the needle valve arm causing running problems.
As the prices I've seen for genuine Walbro kits is very reasonable I would not even think of after market!

Personally I have had good luck with the K10WAT and K20WAT after market kits that I received from CTS and DC Spares but since I seldom need any of the other Walbro kits and the fact I buy from a Walbro distributor I usually buy them from Walbro myself.
Recently with changes the Stihl has made with Zama I am buying a lot more after market Zama kits from the two above vendors as Stihl has increase the cost of Zama kits that fit only the Stihl by 3-5X by forcing us to go through a local Stihl dealer. I see no point in paying $25 for a $6-$7 kit. Stihl is just price gouging the consumer on these kits. Matter of fact I just ordered 10 ea of RB186 and RB222 this morning. The only problem is that it will take up to two months to get them due the US Postal delays being introduced by Washington.
The main problem I see from DIYer installed kits is that they don't set the metering levers to spec.
