Yard Machines 13AM762G752 mower deck brake

i'm trying to find the correct brake for a Yard Machines 13AM762G752. the one i ordered has the brake material in the wrong place: https://www.jackssmallengines.com/jacks-parts-lookup/part/mtd/98304167
 
it looks like the brake material needs to be in the top set of holes. what is the correct part number?
