Predator 9000 generator drops electrical power

Hey everyone and thanks for the add to the forum. I have one that’s kind of got me scratching my head. I have a Predator 9000 watt portable that’s less than a year old. Sometimes upon startup it will produce a bit of power to whatever is plugged in but it only lasts a moment before dropping off. It matter not what is plugged in. The behavior remains the same. I have replaced the brush assembly and AVR with known good ones out of an identical generator and the problem persists. It will send little power bursts a few times before stopping to produce power altogether. If memory serves me correctly, it ramps up to about 80 volts before falling back to nothing. When it is making no power, I have no voltage at the brush assembly. I have applied voltage to the brushes (12 volts, correct polarity) and still get nothing. Armature is reading about 35 ohms across the slip rings. I can’t recall the exact number when I checked the power legs but it was low impedance. Around 1.5 ohms. Any ideas? The engine is running perfectly. Thanks!
