Stihl TS400 no start

I have a Stihl TS400 cut-off saw that wont start. Spark, compression and fuel are all good. Engine will only kick over when muffler is removed, will burp but not start. Any ideas?

Have you tried replacing the spark plug?

yes, new plug, new gas

When you try starting it, is any fuel on spark plug?
What is the compression at?
Still under warranty?

compression and fuel are fine. no warranty.

Has the spark arrestor screen clean in the muffler?
When the muffler was taken off was exhaust port clean? Was piston scored up, looking thru exhaust port?
