Ryobi Jet Fan Blower need help

Hello, Guy I work with gave me this blower to see if I could get it running. Ryobi Jet fan blower, model number RY25AXB.
 
Tried all the normal things, removed air filter, removed gas filter to see if it was clogged, took carb apart and cleaned it, nothing, new spark plug, engine would start and idle but if you go to give it throttle it will die.
 
Ordered a new carb for it which included, new fuel lines, new gas filter and gasket.
Installed new carb and fuel lines with filter, bought a can of pre mixed gas to use in it.
 
Got it running but have same problem, the minute you give it throttle it will die.
 
Checked muffler for clogged spark arrestor but did not see one, going to take it back apart and check muffler again.
 
New carb has a single screw on it which I assume is a mixture screw?? Old carb had no adjustments.
 
Anything I should check or try to get this thing to run correctly?
