Stihl ms180c bogs when full throttle

Ms180c bogs when full throttle. Use stihl non ethanol fuel. Have checked screen and it’s clean. Replaced fuel line, spark plug, air filter, fuel filter. Still bogs. Any ideas? Thanks!
