Stihl 461 won't start.

I have a Stihl 461 that is impossible to start! I have replaced the spark plug. I have spark. I have cleaned carb and so far as that I have gas....but my spark plug is never wet. I even took it apart all the way down to the Impulse hose. Still nothing!
