New weed eater head not spinning and stuck on weed eater

I have a husqvarna 223L and the head broke so I went get the speed feed head also by husqvarna. Put that on but it didn’t spin and now I can’t take the new head off. I know now that I forgot to put a part back on but I still need this thing off to put it back
