How to put on deck tensioner spring on MTD yard machine

I have a MTD yard machine model 13AH451F352(1997) that has a spring pop off of it. I was taking off the deck and the spring flew of f before I had time to see where it goes, luckily I found where one end goes however I don’t know where the other end attaches to. The mower is an older model and only has two spindles on the deck both for the mower blades, so there is no tensioner pulley. Because of that, it relies on a tensioner spring which one end attaches to a bolt in the middle of a plate on the frame, and that plate has two deck joists that go through it which then attach to the back two hoist spots on the deck itself.

The spring is 11 inches long and I believe the part number is 7320603, and is often part number 51 on diagrams I looked up. I looked up some diagrams online and the diagrams would only show me where the one end attaches to the bolt, but then the picture wouldn’t show where the other end goes. Any advice is much appreciated thank you.

Can you point out on this diagram where about it is?  That or post a link of what you found.

Seems there's 2 different style blade attachments / decks.

Here's a link to the one I was using, the spring I am talking about is number 51 and is in the middle of the hangar assembly it is kinda difficult to see, but it shows one end of the spring hooked onto the bolt, but then it is cut off after that. I wish I could upload photos, but my phone won't allow me to.

Ok, good.  Look at the spring , right side as pictured. It shows a letter "E" in bold.

Look down and to the right, you'll see another "E" in bold.  I believe that shaft or the
hole adjacent to where that shaft goes in (looks like a small plate) is where the end of your spring goes(Just looking at the diagram)..

Ok.  See the bolded letter "E" on one end of the spring (picture)?

Look down and to the right for ANOTHER bolded letter "E"

That spring should attach, to perhaps that little plate where that other E is.
