Troy Bilt TB280es - Making weird sound and shutting down

Good evening, 
 
My mower makes a weird sound and then shuts down. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Take off the air cleaner and try to keep it running with carb cleaner/brake cleaner thru the intake.
 
Also, pull the spark plug, inspect, then ground to the head and have someone pull the engine over-Check for spark.
