8 HP TECUMSEH ENGINE BLOWING OIL OUT OF BREATHER TUBE REPLACED FILTER AND BREATHER.  ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS

Check for too much oil.  If no, you have got excessive blow by and motor is shot..

Damaged cylinder or worn cylinder rings.
Remember when outdoor equipment gets hot and it is cold moisture forms in the crankcase. The oil will get muddy and cloudy. I agree with Roadburner6.
