Husky Portable Generator 1850

Hello, I am having trouble with my Husky generator I recently bought it used and it was not running, so the first thing I check is to see if it has the potential to run so I sprayed some started fuild into the carburator and it fired right up, so this ment something was wrong with the carburator or the fuel was not getting to the carburator, so I took aprt the carburator to be greeded by solid fuel in the bowel, I cleaned this out and all of the jets, but not it leaks fuel, the bowel gasket seems fine but gas just keeps on comming out of the barrel of the carb, so I was thinking the float was stuck, so I took it apart once again and made sure the jet that stopped the fuel worked and it did, and I made sure that the float, well floated and all checks out, but it still happens I am in need of help. I am also looking for a gasket kit thanks a lot!!!!
The engine is a Subaru engine, the Carburator is a Mikuni .

First Robin/Subaru doesn't provide gasket kits. You need to determine which gaskets you need and order the individual gaskets. In order to look up parts you need the engine's model alpha/numeric Number. IE EX21???????????
This just how the Japanese does parts. At least it is not a Chinese engine where there is nearly no parts available.

Now to carburetor fuel seepage. It is possible that either needle valve, seat, or both are bad. To test you need to invert the carburetor with float and valve installed then pressure test at 5 psi to see if it is holding or not. If it is not then take magnifying glass to look at needle valve and seat for damage. Let's hope it is the needle valve as if it is the seat then it is a new carburetor time. and this depends on which carburetor version you have.

I tried to leave a link of the carb and it didn't show up but here is the name of it

I just pressurized the system by pulling off the fuel line from the gas tank attaching one end to the carb, and another to a syringe with gas I pressurized the system and no leaks so I inspect the valve  and seal and the look fine

With a syringe you won't get idea if it is seeping or not; that's why I had to buy Mityvac 8500 for proper testing. The test needs to done over several minutes; which i prefer to do over a 10 - 30 min hold time (carburetor inverted so the natural weight holds the needle closed). If input lines are sealed it should hold overnight.

BTW the carburetor PN indicates you're working on EH25-2 engine

What do you suggest because I am on a tight budget and I cannot go out to buy tools and I would not like to buy a new carb but if I have to I have to is there another way I can test it
