Briggs has a puller but it's quicker and easier to pry up on the edge of the flywheel with a screwdriver in line with the key then give the opposite side a sharp smack with a heavy hammer.
DON'T
hit the magnets.

Don't know if Briggs makes a three leg puller; all I have seen is the leg versions. If the IPL of this mower is correct it has a FB460V Kawasaki engine with a three point pull pattern. The puller is basically very similar to the harmonic balancer puller that I use to remove flywheel. I basically tighten up and using a brass hammer smack the center puller bolt to shock the flywheel off.
Image of the Kawasaki puller from the FB460 service manual. Also note some flywheel pull holes are not threaded unless they have been pulled before.

I am not familiar with that model and looked it up, it showed being equipped with a Briggs but there could be other versions.

Decoding the model given say it is Commercial Mid size Pro Walk Behind Series 0 with Pistol grips and a Kawasaki engine.

Briggs & Stratton makes fly wheel pullers for their engines, you just need to get the puller for your engine. Keep in mind that the more horse power the bigger the crank shaft, the bigger the puller will be.
@Roy, it's a very bad idea to beat on any fly wheel with a hammer. You can very easily damage the alternator, crack the fly wheel, change the balance...

I am not suggesting "beating" on it, just a sharp rap on the edge to pop it loose. It worked well for me for many years, never did destroy an alternator by smashing the flywheel.
