Briggs 22hp intel - 2017 model 44n677 type 0005G1

Husqvarna giving problems starting. Engine turning over, not cranking. Confirmed: air filter, fuel lines, fuel filter to be working fine. Have taken old gas out, verified plugs w/ spark, bought 2 new spark plugs. When spraying starter fluid in carb, cranks and rides like a charm until I am ready to turn it off. I have tried to crank the next day after using starter fluid, but same problem persists. Any help with this would be great!

Verify that the choke is closing.

Verified throttle @ carburetor is working, is that the correct way to check this?

This engine had both a throttle vane and a choke vane. The choke must close fully when the throttle lever is at max position, unless, this engine has a separate choke control. If so then it must fully close the choke vane. If I am right this engine the throttle bracket also controls the choke closure.

You can also try hand choking the carburetor while trying to start to verify that this a choking problem.

Lossen the cable clamp. With the throttle control advanced as far as it will go move the cable back as far as it will go and retighten the clamp.
