John Deere 1130SE Snow Blower/ No traction on RT wheel

I have an issue with the right side wheel. The left side has traction but the right side now has none. I'm thinking its the clutch auto lock steer. Looking for any other possibilities that is could be.

Most likely it is drive clutch but could have stripped axle spline. In that case it likely you need to replace both parts.
