Husqvarna ST227P Drive Belt Spring

Not familiar with the Husqvarna machines but I took a look on Jack's and found the breakdown for the machine here:

Only springs I see are #9 and #10 not sure if that helps. Might take some looking but if you can figure out where they go at one end just see if there is some place to hook the other end.
 
Looks like #10 might hook on to lever #28 at least at one end. Just noticed there are two of the #10 springs and they both seem to hook over similar levers at the opposite ends of a shaft!
 
#9 appears to slide over spacer #4 and spacer #4 slides over the shaft on what they are calling bracket #8
 
Hope I did not confuse you but that is the best I can do without seeing the spring you are talking about. Not sure if there is an easy way to post pictures to this forum short of posting them to a separate image site then posting a link here.

Could it possibly fit in that notch in the top right side of #2 called a swing plate? Maybe there is something in the frame it hooks on?
