708cc predator motor no spark

Hello  I have a 708 cc predator motor that i installed on a old murray rider , it was a goat @#$% but I got it on there . I ran the motor maybe a total of 5 minutes and now it won't start. I cant get any spark to the plugs , I have resistance on the secondary side of the coils around 60 . But when I check the primary side of them i get a reading of 23 from one and 04 on the other .Can someone tell me what should I have foe voltage on the primary side of these.

Don't waste time trying to troubleshoot the coil, they are not repairable. Disconnect the kill wire and try it, if no spark replace the coil.

Plus if you haven't done any mods and it is less than 90 day since you purchase make a warranty claim from HFT.

There should be no applied voltage to the primary. If you have applied a voltage to the kill terminal then you have fried the coils.

This is a magneto system that generates it own voltages and due to the circuit design there is no way to reliably check the primary voltage just the secondary and even then you need a high voltage capable of reading at least 20Kv.
