Husqvarna Yth20k46

Hi new member, My tractor will not start, (yth20k46) no click, nothing, except hours meter turns on. Here is what I've done so far:
1. Replaced ignition switch
2. Replaced solenoid
3. Checked battery voltage ( 12v)
4. Checked the one 20 amp fuse I could find
5. Disengaged the seat safety switch and separated the contacts with toothpicks to eliminate faulty switch.
6. Crossed the solenoid poles, engine turns over
7. Direct jumped the starter motor engine turns over. ( on both 6&7 I did not fully start engine just got it to begin start, 7 had plenty of sparks)
8. Also checked air filter.
Before these checks,Last time I had it running recently the cut was lopsided, when I started all these checks,I also went to change the blades and found the right side blade had wire not quite as thick as a political sign frame wrapped around it and above the blade under the round spacer between the blade and the shaft. It took an hour and a half to clear. Recently replaced mower Drive belt and pulley brake (or engagement pad) but it ran after doing so.
Please help if possible, tried to give as much pertinent info as possible.

Do you have on the white at the ignition switch with it held in the start position? If so then either clutch/switch or the PTO switch is not working or there a wiring problem.

With the ignition off at the Brake pedal there should continuity across both white wire. Same thing at the PTO switch except the pto needs to in the disengage position.

BTW the switch switch has a shorting strip in it and toothpicks are not going to work. The seat is just to kill the magneto when no one is on the switch. Has nothing to do with the cranking other than not allowing the engine to start up.

Yes the engine doesnt crank or click with the key turn, how can i check the seat switch? I saw a video where the guy disabled the kill switch by separating the seat wire contacts with the tooth picks and left them that way. [He installed a pull kill switch that he connects to his belt in case he fell off)

Then it will not be the seat as it has nothing to do with the starter circuit. Only safety involve in the starter circuit is the clutch/brake and PTO switches.

As testing the seat switch itself it is a simple on/off with it being held off while you are on the seat. What you seen in the video is a redneck disabling an automatic safety and spent more to fix than what normal repairs would have cost. Although, he may be in a high thief area and was just preventing easy drive off of his mower. Any thief can still it if they bring a trailer.

Here the electrical diagram for the YTH20K46. Note that the clutch/brake and PTO are two different double pole switches and are not interchangeable. They can however be tested via an OHM meter or continuity tester.
