INGERSOLL RAND P1IU-A9 won't turn on

     I've had my IR mini stack compressor for about 4 years now with nothing, but good things to say. Recently, though, I flipped the lever to turn it on and it made an electrical noise that tappered off then nothing. Now there is no noise when turning it on and the motor won't turn on. The switch has 120v going in and 120v coming out. Is it possible that a valve is not opening making the motor think that the compressor is full?
