What's going on here?

I can no longer login with Chrome as it fails on the Captcha, every single time.
I can login on Firefox.
I can Not login on Canary.
Yes, I've preformed the various common tasks, e.g. Restart, No Exts, Incognito, ClearCookies, etc. etc.
Also, Clicking on some of the Forum menu 'Help/FAQ' items results in 404, namely the Contact Us to get tech support. /grrrr
