Honda (Dewalt) Pressure washer pulsing

Hi new here but I bought this dewalt power washer with a Honda engine and it's pulsating until I squeeze the trigger then it runs fine. I changed spark plug, new gas, new oil, took carb apart and cleaned. Not sure what to try next! I tried to upload a video but it doesn't seem to be working. GCV200 Honda engine. Thanks!
