SP25 with serious oil leak around the crank

Hello, I'm new to the site.  I have an Exmark mower with 958 hours on it.  Yesterday as I was putting it away I noticed a huge cloud of smoke behind me and I immediately shut it down.  There was oil pouring out behind me.  Attached are 3 photos that to me, seem to show a bearing or seal coming out the back.  Is this a big repair or am I looking at a new motor?

It looks like the crank seal popped out...  Can you turn / move that seal by hand?

In any event, you'll need access to that area and at least remove the pulleys for now, advise what you find.

As you shut down quickly, I suspect your engine should be repairable.  I've never seen that seal (If that's what happened)  pop out.  Leak yes, just wear and tear...
