Tecumseh Starter Motor Bolts

I bought a Lawn Machine mower used. It has a 13.5 hp Tecumseh motor model 0V358EA. The guy I bought it from said he replaced the starter. Today I went to start it and the starter motor was making a terrible noise. I checked the starter motor and it was loose. It looks to me that the bolts that are mounting it to the block are to short. It caused the holes to strip out towards the end of the whole but the threads further in look to be in good shape. Does anyone know the part number or size, length and thread of the OEM mounting bolts?

It's probably metric, so try threading it in W/O the starter. Once the threads are known, take some basic measurements (how much longer they need to be) and hit the hardware store..
