Power washer won’t start w/ high pressure line on

Hi. Have a dewalt power washer dxpw4035 with AAA DW3635 pump head. When I try to start the engine with the high pressure line on it turns over but stalls before it fully starts. If I take the high pressure line off, it starts as expected and has good pressure out of the high pressure port. Any ideas?

    ISSUE RESOLVED:

For anyone interested, the unloaded gets stuck. So I had to start the engine with the high pressure washer wand trigger pulled (spraying). Works fine now - starts/stops as expected. I did have the unloader get stuck again so had to repeat the process. But not an issue in the long run
