24hp v twin Intek B&S on crasftmen riding mowerTo admin
I have a people’s with my 24hp V Twin Intek motor on a craftsmen riding mower. It was surging and cutting out and small back firing. I took of the top carb plate snd clean the holes with carb clear. Replace top plat and started it immediately to rinse the carb cleaner if the o rings and plastic parts. Well I started it. As stated. Surging was gone. But know the throttle control has no control on tge.governors running fast. It will notvthrotke down to ideal spreed. The only part I took off the card wasvthebtoo plat. Three screw. Did not touch the throttle cable or anything on tge carb ot governor area. Has any else have this happen? If so please let me know what you did to correct the ideal spread of the governor
