Kohler CH740-3153 alternatives

Hi folks,
I have a customer with a Kohler CH740-3153 which is a 25HP V-twin with a female splined shaft PTO meant to mount a hydraulic pump directly to the engine. Kohler is 3 months out from the factory. I am looking for any alternative engines that might work. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. Thank you!
