Cub cadet cc760es

Just purchased a cub cadet cc760 es. This uses a Briggs 344cc 10 hp engine. It has an auto choke on it. Also electric start. The auto chock doesn't seem to function correctly and I'll be replacing the carb.

Biggest question I have is I have a yellow wire that is farely long with a female Spade connector. I can't figure out where it goes. It runs from the ignition switch in a loom down the right side handle bar to near the starter solenoid. Then it's loose. Dunno where it goes.

Also where is the alternator/voltage regulator on this thing.

Thanks
