My Champion 2650 pressure washer sprays water but has no pressure

My Champion 2650 recently had a clogged carburetor.  I cleaned it and everything starting working again, but a new problem started.  Water would come out of the hose, but there is not pressure.  I checked the water pressure on the spigot on my house and that was fine.  I checked to see if the the hose line on the power washer was clogged and that was fine.  What else could be causing this pressure issue? 
 
I also took off the unloader valve, but was not sure if there was an issue with it or not and put it back on.
