LCT CMXX 208 cc engine carburetor part number 20824801

I need to replace my carburetor on my Performance Built 25 ton log splitter.  The 208 cc engine is labeled as an LCT CMXX engine.  When I go to the LCT site, they show that the part number for the model number of my engine plmhk14650124pbkptuv46e2n for the carb is 20824801.  I cannot find anyone that is selling that part number carb.  I have found a carb with a part number 20824011 saying it is a replacement for my engine.  Does anyone have anyway to confirm that?  I would rather not order it and have to return it.  
 
I have cleaned out the existing carb but it still will not pass fuel into the combustion chamber.  The plug never gets wet.  If anyone knows of a carb that will fit my application it would be greatly appreciated.

I made a mistake in the number I put in for the carb.  The actual part number is 20824081 according to the parts diagram on the LCT site for my model of engine.

I took it off again and cleaned it for a second time.  This time I took a picture of the actual part number on the carb itself so I have the part number now.  Do not need it as it turns out as the engine starts right up.  I guess it had to soak for a while with the cleaner in it and then get cleaned out again for all the gunk from the winter to come out.  For sure I will run the carb out of fuel when I put it away for the winter this year.

Does anyone have a service manual for a 4212H Simplicity? I  have a no forward nor reverse.
