12.5HP 1993 286707

Hi, I’m wondering how\where to set the valve clearance on this engine. There doesn’t seem to be a valve cover where it’s easy to get to them.

Anyone have a manual please?

    It's not an over valve engine...
     
    Part #1330 is the manual:

    To access the area to adjust, the carb and intake manifold need to be removed.  
    There's a crankcase breather (part #10) that has to be accessed to get to the valve adjustment.
     
    If a larger gap is needed, the valve has to be removed and SLIGHTLY GROUND DOWN on the tip (we're talking potentially .001" and up):
