My tb 225 tiller primer bulb won’t fill even after all new parts. What’s wrong?

Pull both lines from the tank, at least slightly.. OFTEN, they'll compress down to nothing over time and not allow fuel to flow, (one way or another). They OFTEN break where it enters the tank. It may look good but falls apart when touched (and no fuel flow).

You can also pull the carb, attach two fuel lines to it and put the lines into fuel. Try priming and with the test lines in fuel and it works, you know the issue IS the lines and / or the tank filter..
