Toro Timecutter 3300ss. 2012 model

Hello. My toro timecutter 3200 ss will not start. I replaced both arm safety switches, selonoid, e brake module, seat safety switch, pto switch, and brand new battery and ignition switch. All it does is click when I try to start it. When I jumper out the selonoid the starter engages and starts. I'm very confused about what is going on. Hope I can get an answer. On the schematics it shows a relay but only thing i see is a voltage regulator by the starter.

If the solenoid is clicking when you turn the key, you have power going to it.
You may have a loose/bad connection at the wire ends to the solenoid or the solenoid is bad itself.

Just because it's new, doesn't mean it's good.
